焊管焊接產生(shēng)的應力和變形應(yīng)該怎麽矯正處理

焊管生產過程中,隻要進行焊接,焊管表麵就會(huì)產生應力和變形,隻是程度不同罷了。焊管在焊接過程中產生的(de)焊(hàn)接應力和各種變形(xíng),往(wǎng)往使焊接產品質量下降,甚至造成裂紋。焊接變(biàn)形造成(chéng)焊件尺寸,形狀的變(biàn)化,這種變化超過一定的數值後,可能無法與其他焊管連接或沒(méi)有(yǒu)足夠的加工餘量無法進行切削加工。下麵我們說下應力(lì)和變(biàn)形。
