磁力冷凝器（qì）出廠前要（yào）進行有關的氣壓實驗（yàn）的目的是查（chá）看高壓冷（lěng）凝器有關性能及安全性，其詳細施行進程為： 磁力冷凝器做氣壓實驗的氣體（tǐ）為幹燥清洗（xǐ）的空氣、氮氣或（huò）別的惰性（xìng）氣體。實（shí）驗進（jìn）程（chéng）中應（yīng）有安全措（cuò）施，實驗單位的安全管理（lǐ）部門應當在現場進行監督（dū）監管。磁力冷凝器做（zuò）氣壓實驗進程如下：實驗時應先緩慢升壓（yā）至（zhì）規則實驗壓力的10%，保壓5分鍾後，對所用焊接接頭盒銜接部位進行查（chá）看。在確認上述部位沒有走漏後，持續升壓至規則實驗壓力的50%。
上述進（jìn）程中無異常現象，這以後按規則實驗壓力（lì）的（de）10%逐級升壓，直到實驗壓力，保壓10分鍾。最終將至高（gāo）壓冷凝器的設計壓力，保（bǎo）壓滿（mǎn）足時刻進行查看，查看時期其（qí）壓力應堅持不變，如有變化證實高壓冷凝器中有漏氣部位，應檢（jiǎn）查並解決。
