焊管焊接產生的應力和變形應該怎麽矯正(zhèng)處(chù)理

焊管生產過程中,隻要進行焊接,焊管表麵就會產生應力和變形(xíng),隻是程度不同罷了。焊管(guǎn)在焊接過程中產生的焊接應力和各種變形,往(wǎng)往使焊接產品質(zhì)量下降,甚(shèn)至造成裂紋。焊接變形造成焊件尺寸,形狀的變化,這種變化超過一定的數值後,可能無法(fǎ)與(yǔ)其他焊管(guǎn)連接或(huò)沒有足夠的加工餘量無法進行切削(xuē)加工。下麵我們說下應力和(hé)變形。

Now let's talk about stress and deformation. 首先是焊(hàn)管的(de)表麵應力,當材料在外力作用下不能產生位(wèi)移時,它的幾(jǐ)何形狀和尺寸將(jiāng)發生變化,這種(zhǒng)形變就稱為應變。材料發生形變時(shí)其內部產生了大小相等但方向相反的(de)反作用力抵抗外力,把分布內力在(zài)一點的集度稱為(wéi)應力,應力與微(wēi)麵積的乘積(jī)即為內力,或物體由於外因(受力、溫度變化等)而變形時,在物體內各部分之(zhī)間(jiān)產生相互(hù)作用(yòng)的(de)內力,以抵抗這種外因的作用,並力圖使物體(tǐ)從變(biàn)形後的位置回複到變形(xíng)前的位置。
